Insphera Connect is now available. It is a platform where you can check current FCL or LCL freight rates from Asia, book your transport, and track your container all the way to delivery in one place. Quotes take just seconds, and every booking is backed by a dedicated freight forwarder: Insphera S.A.
Why we built this
Buying ocean freight has looked the same for years. You send inquiries to 4–5 forwarders and wait for replies. Then, you piece together rates, surcharges, and inland haulage in Excel. The whole process can take up to 2 days.
In that time, the spot market can change, and the best offer can expire. On top of that, you have to check the status of your imports by logging into multiple carrier and forwarder portals.
The actual savings from manually collecting quotes every day are often just $50–100 per shipment. Sometimes, that is less than the cost of the labor required to manage the process.
Quoting, booking, and tracking in one place
1. Quotes in seconds
Enter your port of loading and place of delivery: a port or an address in Poland. Specify your cargo: 20', 40', or 40' HC container, or LCL cargo with weight and volume. Add specific conditions, such as Incoterms, hazardous goods, or lack of a loading ramp at the destination.
The system automatically calculates fuel, terminal, port, and documentation surcharges. Within seconds, you receive a binding offer including freight and inland haulage costs. The rate is guaranteed for the duration of the offer's validity.
2. Choose your option and book
Select the offer that best fits your priorities:
- fastest transit time (FCL and LCL),
- lowest price (FCL and LCL),
- preferred carrier (FCL).
Download the offer as a PDF with a full cost breakdown or email it with a single click. When you're ready, book it directly on the platform.
3. Classic freight forwarding after booking
Once you book, you aren't left alone with an impersonal platform. Insphera is your contractual partner and manages the entire process: documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to the consignee.
We are responsible for execution according to the booked price and operational terms. If a rolling or schedule change occurs, we handle the rebooking and communication ourselves.
4. All containers on one screen
In Connect, you can track both FCL and LCL shipments handled by us and those commissioned to other operators. All you need is the B/L number: no invoices, orders, or commercial documents required.
Every shipment has a single view: current location and status, real-time ETA updates, and a route map. If the schedule changes, you will receive a notification via email, in-app, or push.
This is not just another comparison site
Connect does not show estimated prices from anonymous bidders or forecasts based on historical data. You see the actual spot rate at which we purchase freight in Asia. You also know exactly who you are booking with and who is responsible for execution.
On freight marketplaces, the price usually includes a buffer for market risk, the bidder is often anonymous, and accountability is blurred. With a local forwarder, you know your partner, but you only get a rate after a round of emails and during business hours. Connect combines the best of both worlds: instant actual spot rates, a known partner responsible for execution, and freight with drayage and 24/7 tracking.
Who it's for and how it works
Connect is for FCL and LCL importers from Asia: from companies with a few shipments a year to those with hundreds of containers.
- $0 for the app, access to rates, and bookings. We earn from executing shipments, not from access to information.
- No commitments: no volume declarations or exclusivity agreements. You book whenever the offer suits you.
- Tracking: shipments with Insphera are free; shipments from other operators cost $2 per month per B/L number.
- Loyalty program: points for paid orders, an automatic 5% or 10% coupon after reaching a threshold, and a discount for prepayment.
- Your data stays yourswe do not share them with other users or third parties, and we remove B/L numbers upon request.
